Hire A Founding Engineer (“Platform,” “we,” “us”) connects founders and senior engineers exploring co-founding or early-team opportunities. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account.

2. Acceptable Use

• No spam, harrassment, or discriminatory content.
• Intro requests must be relevant to founding/early engineering roles.
• Respect confidentiality of information shared by other members.

3. Marketplace Conduct

We do not guarantee successful matches. Users are responsible for independently vetting prospective hires or roles, including conducting interviews, background checks, or legal due diligence.

4. Fees

Early access is free. We may introduce paid plans or placement fees with advance notice. Pricing changes will be communicated via email or product updates.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings or by contacting support.

6. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
